Choco Banana Muffins

Choco Banana Muffins are simple muffins just mixing of dry ingredients to wet ones. No creaming/ whipping to be done. Just mix few ingredients & they are ready. It also gets over within blink of an eye.


3/4 cup wheat flour

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tbsp cocoa powder

2 ripe bananas

1/2 tsp Baking powder

1/4 tsp Baking soda

Pinch of salt

1 tsp Vanilla essence

1/4 cup oil

1 egg


Preheat oven at 190C

Sift wheat flour, cocoa powder, salt, Baking powder & baking soda.

Mix oil & sugar till sugar dissolves. Whisk egg lightly & add vanilla essence. Then add mashed bananas.

Now fold this wet mixture to the dry ones & mix gently. Do not overmix. Line 6 muffins liners in a tray. Fill upto 3/4 th muffins.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the toothpick in the centre comes out clean.

Healthy choco banana muffins are ready. It makes a good breakfast or a snack
