his is a quick recipe if u have readymade wraps at home.Today I am going to share the recipe of grilled chicken caesar wraps. Chicken can be replaced with cottage cheese ( paneer ) or tofu for vegetarian version.
200gms boneless chicken
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 Garlic cloves
Caesar Salad Dressing
Green / Red bell peppers
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
Cut chicken into small blocks.Marinate it with salt & ginger-garlic paste & leave it aside for 20mins.
Chop tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, green/red pepper & keep it aside. Sprinkle some salt on it.
Now grill the chicken on pan till it is golden brown in colour.
Lightly roast the ready wraps on pan on both the side.Make sure its a little crispy so that it holds the stuffing well.
Then place the grilled chicken on the wrap.Add all chopped veggies & salad dressing. Sprinkle some black pepper powder. Fold the wrap in such a way that it is closed on one side. Garnish with coriander leaves.
