Mango Mastani is a very popular mango dessert from Pune. It is fun and easy to make mango mastani with loads of mangoes, cream and ice cream. Thick creamy mastani can be prepared at home with alphonso mangoes and it is even more delicious than the ones which is available at stores. It tastes absolutely awesome.
1-2 Alphonso Mango Pulp
2 tsp Chopped Mango pieces
Scoop of Mango Ice cream
Powdered Sugar to taste
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp mixed chopped nuts (pistachio, almonds, cashews)
Blend chopped mangoes, milk and fresh cream with required sugar in a blender. The resultant mixture would be thick and creamy.
Take a tall glass. Decorate inside of the glass with some mango pulp or cream. Pour the mixture till the rim.
Scoop mango ice cream on top. Then add some more cream to it. Add some chopped nuts of choice like pistachios, almonds, cashews.
Serve it chill. Delicious Mango Mastani is ready.
