Wheat & Ragi (nachani) ladoos are loaded with iron & calcium. Extremely delicious & easy to make, these ladoos make delicious snack for the hunger pangs in between the main meals. Healthy snack for kids too.
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup ragi flour
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp Dry fruits powder (almond, cashew as per choice)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup ghee
Take a pan and roast wheat & ragi flour adding ghee little by little on low flame. Keep stirring continuously till the flour starts giving roasted aroma.
Keep roasting till it leaves ghee at the sides of the pan & the mixture appears glossy. Dry fruits powder can be added at this stage.
Turn off the heat & cool the mixture. When it is slightly warm add powdered sugar & cardamom.
Roll them into rounded balls of desired size. Delicious wheat & ragi ladoos are ready.
