Aamras Puri

Amras Puri is a must eat delicacy in summer. Aamras is a pulp of Alphonso mangoes which can be served as dessert or with puris.


4 medium size Alphonso mangoes

2 tsp sugar (optional)

pinch of salt

Milk ( as required)

1 cup wheat flour


Peel & slice the mangoes & blend them to smooth paste in blender. Add sugar, salt & milk as required.

The consistency should be thick. Chill it in refrigerator.
