Bhazani Vade

Bhazani vade is made with roasted multigrain flour & Indian spices. It is served as accompaniment with meat curries or any vegetable thick gravy dish, It is also an snack option




Ingredients


Bhazani Mix

4 cups rice

1 cup chana dal

1/2 cup urad dal

1/2 cup moong dal

1 tbsp cumin seeds

1 tbsp coriander seeds


Procedure


Roast all the ingredients & grind it. Now bhazani is ready.


Take the bhazani. Mix salt, turmeric & red chilly powder as per taste. Add warm water & make a dough. The dough should not be very soft or hard.


Make small size balls & flatten it with fingers on butter paper or plastic paper.


Deep fry them in oil till golden brown colour.


It tastes awesome with chicken, mutton or masur amti.
