Chocolate Modak can be prepared instantly using a very few ingredients in less than 10 minutes. It is perfect prasad for Ganpati on the day of Visarjan.
Ingredients
1 cup desiccated Coconut
1-2 tsp cocoa powder
Roasted walnuts, cashwes, almonds ( as per preference)
2 tbsp Milkmaid
Modak Mould
Procedure
Take desiccated coconut , cocoa powder & roasted dry fruits in a mixing bowl.
Add milkmaid slowly & mix. It should be able to form a dough. Quantity of milkmaid can be adjusted accordingly.
Now grease the modak mould with ghee & shape the modaks in the mould. Demould them carefully.Instant chocolate modaks are ready.
