Instant Dahi Vada

Instant Dahi Vada is made with the ready made jeera butter available in the markets. It can be made within 10 minutes & serves as a quick snack without prior preparation.





Ingredients

10 jeera butter biscuits

Sweet Chutney

Green Chutney

Chaat Masala

Red Chilly powder

2 Cups Yogurt

Salt to taste

1 tsp Sugar

Coriander leaves to garnish


Method

Soak the jeera butter for 3-4 minutes in water. Press gently with palms & squeeze the water out & keep aside.

Now whisk the yogurt. Add some salt & sugar to it.

Place the vadas in a dish. Generously pour the yogurt on it. Add some sweet chutney, green chutney as per taste. Sprinkle red chilly powder & chaat masala on it. 

Garnish with coriander leaves & refrigerate for 30 minutes. Tastes best when served chilled. Makes an excellent anytime snack.
