Mango Sheera cannot be missed in the season of mangoes. Delicious mango recipe with mangoes, semolina and richness of homemade ghee.
1 Cup Rava (Semolina)
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cup Milk
1 1/2 Cup Alphonso Mango Pulp
1/2 Cup Homemade ghee
Pinch of salt
Take some ghee & roast rava on low flame. Keep adding ghee little by little.
When roasted aroma starts coming from rava add sugar, milk, mango pulp & let it boil.Then add pinch of salt & saffron.
Cover & cook for 5-6 minutes. Yummy and colorful mango sheera is ready. Serve hot.
