Quick Mango Ice Cream

Summer season is incomplete without mangoes. Here I am sharing an easy recipe of mango ice cream which can be made with no fuss. Simple ingredients are used & it tastes super delicious, lot more better than the store bought ice creams.


3 Alphonso Mangoes

150 ml condensed milk

2 cups full cream milk

200 ml fresh cream

100 ml whipping cream (non dairy)

2-3 tsp powdered sugar


Make pulp of 3 mangoes in blender. Now mix this pulp with milk, condensed milk & fresh cream. Add sugar.

Take whipping cream & whip till soft peaks.

Mix the mango , milk & condensed milk mixture to the whipped cream. Blend it again with hand blender till it becomes creamy mixture.

Pour in containers preferable air tight ones & freeze it. After 2 hours check if the ice cream has set. Again blend it to remove any cyrstals as mango has lot of water content in it. Freeze it again for 5-6 hours. It makes more than one litre ice cream.

Delicious mouthwatering mango ice cream is ready.
