Ratalyache Kaap is a simple recipe which can be done in 10 minutes. It makes excellent snack at the time of fast. This easy to make recipe tastes delicious & boost energy during fasting time.
150 gms Sweet Potatoes
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
1-2 chopped chilies
Salt to taste
Ghee/oil to fry
Peel the skin of sweet potatoes. Cut it into thin rounds. Soak into water to avoid them turning black.
Now sprinkle salt & jeera powder. In a pan heat some ghee. Then add chopped chilies. Put the slices of sweet potatoes. Shallow fry them on both sides till it gets golden brown colour.
Ratalyachya Kaap is ready to eat. It can be had as anytime snack.
