Strawberry ice cream can be made with only three ingredients. It has soft & creamy texture & tastes yummier than the store bought ice creams.
Ingredients
8-10 Strawberries Pulp
100 ml condensed milk
200 ml whipping cream (non dairy)
Method
Make pulp of strawberries. Now mix this pulp with condensed milk.
Take whipping cream & whip till soft peaks.
Mix the strawberry pulp & condensed milk mixture to the whipped cream. Blend it again with hand blender till it becomes creamy mixture.
Pour in container preferable air tight ones & freeze it. It makes a little more than 500 ml of ice cream
Delicious mouthwatering strawberry ice cream is ready.
