Kingfish is a very tasty fish. It can be used for various recipes like curry, fry or even cutlets. It is mostly available all throughout the year.
Ingredients
3-4 fresh surmai slices
1-2 tsp green masala ( green chilies, coriander, garlic)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Tamarind Pulp
2 tsp rice flour
Procedure
Clean each surmai slice. Marinate with turmeric, red chilly, green masala, tamarind & salt. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in pan. Coat the pieces in rice flour & shallow fry them from both sides. Can be served as side side or starter.
