Cabbage Egg Stir Fry Recipe

A vibrant skillet of cabbage egg stir fry brings together crisp shredded cabbage, sweet carrot strips, and fresh green bell pepper tossed with scrambled eggs. Quick stir fry recipe in 10 minutes

Ingredients
• 2 cups shredded cabbage
• 3 eggs, lightly beaten
• ½ green bell pepper, sliced
• ½ carrot, julienned
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 2 green chillies chopped
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• ¼ tsp pepper powder
• 1 tbsp cooking oil
Method
1. Heat oil in a wok or skillet. Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then add green chilies
2. Toss in bell pepper and carrot; stir‑fry for 1–2 minutes.
3. Push veggies aside, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble until fluffy.
4. Add shredded cabbage, stir well, and season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper powder.
5. Cook for 2–3 minutes until cabbage is tender‑crisp.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
