Chicken Dynamite is a starter which is blasting with flavours. Crunchy chicken is served with chilled dip which takes the chicken to another level. Bite size chicken pieces are fried with spicy marinade and served with tangy, spicy & sweet mayo dip.
350 grams boneless chicken
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp maida (all purpose flour)
2 tbsp corn flour
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
3-4 tbsp garlic mayonnaise
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp red chili sauce
1/4 tsp pepper powder
Cut the boneless chicken into bite size pieces. Marinate with all the ingredients above except maida and corn flour. Keep aside for an hour.
Mix all the ingredients for the dip and refrigerate it.
Now coat the pieces with maida and corn flour and shallow fry them till golden brown. The egg imparts a lovely colour to the chicken. Maida and corn flour adds to the crispiness while retaining the juicy flavours of chicken.
Coat the pieces with the chilled dip. Here I have served the dip separately so as to retain the crispiness of the chicken.
Dynamite Chicken is ready to be served. Makes an excellent starter or snacks.
