Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Lollipop is fun appetizer made from tender chicken wings. It is one of the popular starters found in restaurants. Crispy on outside & tender, juicy on inside these chicken lollipops are never enough. Sharing the recipe which is even better than the ones found in restaurant.


12 chicken lollipops

1st Marinade

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder

1/4 tsp pepper powder

1 tsp Soy sauce

Salt to taste

2nd Marinade

5-6 chopped garlic pods

1 inch ginger chopped

1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder

2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce

3 tbsp Maida (APF)

3 tbsp Cornflour

Salt to taste

Oil for frying


Marinate the lollipops with 1st marinade. Keep aside for 45 minutes in refrigerator.

Now take the ingredients of 2nd marinate. Add some water to make thick paste so as to coat the lollipops.

Coat the lollipop with the batter & deep fry till golden brown on medium heat.This may take 5-7 minutes. Do not overcrowd while frying.

Serve hot with Schezwan Sauce. Restaurant style Chicken Lollipops are ready.
