Egg Fried Rice

Egg Fried Rice is an easy to make recipe which can be made under 15 minutes. Cooked rice is tossed with scrambled eggs & it’s done.







Ingredients


1 1/2 cup cooked rice

3 eggs

8-10 garlic flakes

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp pepper powder

2 tsp soy sauce

2/3 Spring onions (onions & greens)


Method


Precook the rice in pressure cooker. Add less water to rice so the grains are separated. Spread the cooked rice in a plate & let it cool.


Scramble the eggs & keep aside Heat oil in pan. Add chopped garlic, onions, rice, salt, pepper, soy sauce & mix everything on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook.


Garnish with spring onion greens. Egg Fried Rice is ready. Serve with stir fried veggies or any Indo Chinese chicken preparation like chilli chicken .
