🍗 Homemade Chicken Patty


Ingredients


• 250 grams chicken mince

• 1 tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• ½ tsp chili flakes



Method


1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken mince with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili flakes.


2. Mix well until the seasoning is evenly distributed.


3. Wet your hands slightly (this prevents sticking) and shape the mixture into round patties.


4. Heat a non‑stick pan or grill pan over medium heat.


5. Lightly oil the pan, then place patties on it.


6. Grill each side for 4–5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.


7. Rest for 2 minutes before serving

Ingredients


• Juicy chicken patty

• Crisp lettuce leaves

• Fresh tomato slices

• Caramelised onions (slow‑cooked till golden)

• Mayonnaise

• Mustard Sauce

• Melted cheese slice

• Butter‑toasted burger buns



Method


1. Toast buns lightly in butter until golden.


2. Grill chicken patty till cooked through and juicy.


3. Layer lettuce, tomato, caramelised onions,mayonnaise, mustard and cheese on the bun.


4. Crown with the top bun and serve warm.
