Salt & Pepper prawns is a easiest way to prepare prawns & makes an excellent starter.
10 large size prawns
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
Handful of chopped spring onions
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp Pepper powder
2 tbsp Maida
1 tbsn corn flour
Oil for frying
Clean & devein the prawns. Marinate with ginger garlic paste & salt for 15 mins.
Mix maida & corn flour in a bowl. Sprinkle it on the marinated prawns so as to coat every prawn.
Deep fry in oil till golden brown on both sides.
Now take tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger & garlic to it & saute for a minute. Add a pinch of salt to it. Then mix chopped spring onions in it & saute.
Finally add the fried prawns & sprinkle pepper powder generously. Salt & pepper prawns are ready to be served.
