Strawberry Banana Healthy Muffins

Strawberry banana muffins is health and taste together. These are Super healthy muffins which are made with wheat flour instead of maida.They make a quick breakfast recipe or can be had at snack too.





Ingredients

3/4 cup wheat flour

1/2 cup powdered sugar

7-8 chopped fresh strawberries

2 ripe bananas

1/2 tsp Baking powder

1/4 tsp Baking soda

Pinch of salt

1 tsp Vanilla essence

1/4 cup oil

1 egg

Method

Preheat oven at 180C


Sift wheat flour, salt, Baking powder & baking soda. Lightly dust strawberries with sugar & wheat flour to prevent them sinking at the bottom at the time of baking.

Mix oil & sugar till sugar dissolves. Whisk egg lightly & add vanilla essence. Then add mashed bananas & dusted strawberries. Now fold this wet mixture to the dry ones & mix gently. Do not overmix. Line 6 muffins liners in a tray. Fill upto 3/4 th muffins.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the toothpick in the centre comes out clean.Healthy strawberry banana muffins are ready. It makes a good breakfast or a snack.
