Pink Pasta — styled with button mushrooms, red & yellow bell peppers, and fresh basil leaves. 🌸🍝

✨ Pink Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
• 200g penne or fusilli pasta
• 1 cup button mushrooms (sliced)
• ½ red bell pepper (julienned)
• ½ yellow bell pepper (julienned)
• 4 medium tomatoes (blended into puree)
• 1 tsp mixed herbs
• ½ cup cream (for the pink sauce)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Method
1. Boil pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
3. Add mushrooms and bell peppers, cook until slightly tender.
4. Stir in tomato puree, simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Pour in cream, mix well to create the signature pink sauce.
6. Season with salt and pepper, mixed herbs then toss in the pasta.
7. Garnish generously with fresh basil leaves.
