🍴 Recipe
Ingredients:
• Rice flour – 1 cup
• Mango pulp 1 tbsp
• Grated coconut – 1 cup
• Jaggery – 1/2 cup
• Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
• Ghee
Method:
1. Warm water with a pinch of salt and ghee, add rice flour, mix, cover, and steam for a soft dough.
2. Heat ghee, add coconut, jaggery, and mango pulp; cook till thick and aromatic. Stir in cardamom.
3. Shape dough into intricate petals, fill with mango mixture, seal into modak form.
4. Steam for 7-8–12 minutes until glossy and fragrant. Serve with ghee
